Terms of Return
- You may return any product within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. .
- To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@naturalartform.com with your order details and the reason for the return.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Reason for Return
- When contacting us, please include the reason you’re not satisfied with the product. This helps us improve our products and services.
- Common reasons for return include:
  - Product defects or damage.
  - Incorrect item received.
  - Dissatisfaction with the product.

Process of Refund
1. Once we receive your return request, we will review and confirm it within 1-2 business days.
2. Upon approval, we will process your refund immediately. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
3. If you do not see the refund in your account within 5-7 business days, please contact us at contact@naturalartform.com for assistance.

Important Notes
Shipping Costs: Return Shipping is not necessary. We stand behind our products and know how effective and amazing our products are. We also know that sometimes it isn't a right fit for someone. If you aren't fully satisfied with your purchase you can keep the jar and we will issue a refund for the product (minus the original shipping cost). For printed materials and merchandise, the refund policy will default to the 3rd party vendor as they are the manufacturer and the shipping facility. 
Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective. Clearance items will be marked and are listed as non-refundable. Printed merchandise from a 3rd party refunds will be handled on a case by case basis, and refunds will be determined by the 3rd party in control of quality and shipping. 
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@naturalartform.com. We will provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.
