Natural Artform Wholesale Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure your satisfaction. Please review our refund policy below:
• Defective or Damaged Products: Contact us within 7 days of delivery to report defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Provide photos and order details for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We’ll issue a full refund or replacement within 7–14 business days of receiving the return. Return shipping is on us for these cases.
- Incorrect Orders: You have 7 days from delivery of your order to notify us that we have sent the wrong items. If for some reason this occurs, please call or email immediately so that we can send you the correct items.
• Unsold Inventory: Unopened, resalable products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Retailers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Non-Returnable Items: Opened, used, or expired products, special orders, or heavily discounted items are not eligible for return unless defective.
• Process: Email photos of damaged product (if applicable) to isaac@naturalartform.com or call 0458-970-010 to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return. Returns must be approved and issued an RMA Number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
